Level Up Bites is an imaginary cafe, featuring old game consoles, table top games and a nerdy atmosphere. Serving a variety of snacks and playful drinks, a lively and welcoming environment is to be expected, where people can connect and unite on their nostalgic likes. As an entertainment place and cafe, I wanted to create a fusion that immediately came across on the logo.
Since gaming was a huge part of the cafe, the incorporation of a console control was a no-brainer. The steam added on top was an extra detail to tie the cafe aspect in. Lastly the geometric-looking typeface employed was a final element, alluding to the typography some older console games use.
